At the Annual HOA Meeting on August 29, 2026, Doug Godby and John Cook completed their board terms, and Tim Macy and Daniel Kostreva were elected to the board. The board then held a meeting on September 17, 2026 to assign officer roles and hold a transition meeting between the existing and outgoing board: Amanda Wells is President, Tim Macy is Treasurer, and Daniel Kostreva is Secretary. Thank you to Doug and John for their service, and welcome to Tim and Daniel.
Invoices for this year's $350 HOA dues are mailed no later than April and are due upon receipt, covering the calendar year January–December.
Fences, additions, decks, pools, paint, siding, and landscaping all require a completed Design Review Application submitted to the board before work begins. See the FAQ for the full list and the application form.

Kings Mills takes its name from the powder mills and the Peters Cartridge Company that once lined the Little Miami's banks — at its peak, one of the most complete ammunition works in the world. That industrial river town has since given way to quiet streets, protected woodland, and a school district families move here for. Riverwood Trails carries that history forward: a community built into the same river valley, on land now defined by trees, trails, and neighbors instead of mills.
This is a neighborhood residents actively choose to maintain — well-kept homes, consistent architectural standards, and shared green space that reflects the pride owners take in it.
