Elected

Board of Directors

Board members are elected by homeowners to two-year terms to make sure Riverwood Trails' covenants are followed, annual dues are collected, HOA bills are paid, and the association keeps proper funds in reserve. It's a fully volunteer position that takes significant time throughout the year, and each member serves on behalf of the neighborhood as a whole. We ask residents to extend the same patience and courtesy they'd want themselves — board members are neighbors giving their own time to keep Riverwood Trails running well.

President

Amanda Wells

Oversees board operations and represents the HOA on behalf of the neighborhood.

Treasurer

Tim Macy

Manages HOA finances, dues collection, and reserve funds.

Secretary

Daniel Kostreva

Maintains HOA records, communications, and meeting minutes.

Officer positions were assigned at the board's meeting on September 17, 2026. Thank you to outgoing board members Doug Godby and John Cook for their service.

Architectural Approvals

Design Review Board

The Design Review Board is a separate board appointed by the Board of Directors that reviews and approves every application for exterior or grounds changes — fences, additions, decks, pools, paint, siding, landscaping, driveways, and garbage can screens. It exists to keep decisions on architectural standards consistent and fair across the neighborhood, and to protect the look and value of Riverwood Trails that residents count on. Like the Board of Directors, it's a volunteer position.

Every application is reviewed and voted on by the Design Review Board before work can begin. Questions about the process can go to the board at home@riverwoodtrails.com.

Community Upkeep

Grounds Committee

The Grounds Committee meets to source quotes for landscaping, lawn care, and general ground upkeep across Riverwood Trails' common areas, and helps coordinate the volunteers who pitch in on grounds projects throughout the year. Unlike the Board of Directors and the Design Review Board, this isn't an elected position — it's open to any resident who wants to get involved, no election required.
