Every exterior or grounds change — fences, additions, decks, pools, paint, siding, landscaping, driveways, and garbage can screens — needs a completed application approved by the Design Review Board before work begins.
Include a scale drawing showing exactly where the improvement will be located on your property and its distance from your property lines. This is required no matter which submission method you choose below.
Be sure to include your home's siding color and trim color on the application. Per the Garbage Can Storage Policy, screens must match your siding or trim color (or be black or white), so the board needs both to review your request.
