Recurring dates: the Annual Homeowners Meeting is held once a year, no later than 30 days before the close of the HOA's fiscal year. The Board of Trustees meets at least four times a year, one meeting per quarter. Annual dues invoices go out no later than April. Source: Code of Regulations →
